Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Small Business Commissioner Act) Proclamation 2012
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Small Business Commissioner Act) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Small Business
The administration of the Small Business Commissioner Act 2011 is committed to the Minister for Small Business.
