Administrative Arrangements (Administration of State Records Act) Proclamation 2013
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of State Records Act) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Committal of Acts
The administration of the State Records Act 1997 is committed to the Attorney-General.
