Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Training
and Skills Development Act) Proclamation 2003
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Training and Skills Development Act)
Proclamation 2003.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Minister for Employment, Training and Further Education
The administration of the Training and Skills Development
Act 2003 is committed to the Minister for Employment, Training and
Further Education.
