Administrative Arrangements (Alteration of Title of Body Corporate) Proclamation 2017
under section 7 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Alteration of Title of Body Corporate) Proclamation 2017.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of title of body corporate
The title of the body corporate constituted under section 7(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
as the Minister for Defence Industries is altered to the Minister for Defence and Space Industries.
