Administrative Arrangements (Alteration of Title of Body Corporate) Proclamation 2020
under sections 7 and 8 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Alteration of Title of Body Corporate) Proclamation 2020.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Alteration of title of body corporate
The title of the body corporate constituted under section 7(1) of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
as the Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment is altered to the Minister for Trade and Investment.
4—Transfer of assets and interpretive provision
(1) The assets, rights and liabilities of the body corporate formerly known as the Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment related to the administration of the following Acts are transferred to the Premier:

(b) South Australian Motor Sport Act 1984
;
(c) South Australian Tourism Commission Act 1993
.
(2) A reference to the Minister for Trade, Tourism and Investment in an instrument or contract, agreement or other document made or entered into under or in connection with an Act referred to in subclause (1)
before the commencement of this proclamation will have effect as if it were a reference to the Premier.
