Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Terrorism (Commonwealth Powers) Act) Proclamation 2003

under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Terrorism (Commonwealth Powers) Act) Proclamation 2003.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on 3 April 2003.

3—Administration of Act committed to Attorney-General

The administration of the Terrorism (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2002 is committed to the Attorney-General.
