Administrative Arrangements (Committal of Teachers
Registration and Standards Act) Proclamation 2005
under the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Committal of Teachers Registration and Standards Act)
Proclamation 2005.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Administration of Act committed
to Minister for Education and Children's Services
The administration of the Teachers Registration and Standards
Act 2004 is committed to the Minister for Education and Children's
Services.
