Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Vocational Education and Training (Commonwealth Powers) Act) Proclamation 2012
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Vocational Education and Training (Commonwealth Powers) Act) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills
The administration of the Vocational Education and Training (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2012 is committed to the Minister for Employment, Higher Education and Skills.
