Proclamation 2006
under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards Act)
Proclamation 2006.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

to Minister for Environment and Conservation
The administration of the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards
Act 2006 is committed to the Minister for Environment and
Conservation.
