Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Water
(Commonwealth Powers) Act) Proclamation 2008

This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(Administration of Water (Commonwealth Powers) Act)
Proclamation 2008.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.

The administration of the Water (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2008
is committed to the Minister for the River Murray.
