Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Zero Waste SA Act) Proclamation 2004

under section 5 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (Administration of Zero Waste SA Act) Proclamation 2004.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Administration of Act committed to Minister for Environment and Conservation

The administration of the Zero Waste SA Act 2004 is committed to the Minister for Environment and Conservation.
