Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Administration and Probate
(Administration Guarantees) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2004.
The Administration and Probate (Administration Guarantees) Amendment Act
2003 (No 40 of 2003) will come into operation on 1 March 2005.
