Administrative Arrangements (References to Department for Trade, Tourism and Investment) Proclamation 2020
under section 8 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (References to Department for Trade, Tourism and Investment) Proclamation 2020.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Interpretive provisions
(1) A reference to the Department for Trade, Tourism and Investment in an instrument or contract, agreement or other document made or entered into under or in connection with an Act referred to in Schedule 1
before the commencement of this proclamation will have effect as if it were a reference to the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
(2) A reference to the Chief Executive of the Department for Trade, Tourism and Investment in an instrument or contract, agreement or other document made or entered into under or in connection with an Act referred to in Schedule 1
before the commencement of this proclamation will have effect as if it were a reference to the Chief Executive of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet.
