Proclamation 2006
under section 8 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements
(References to Minister Assisting the Premier in Economic Development)
Proclamation 2006.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
A reference to the Minister Assisting the Premier in Economic Development
in an Act, a statutory instrument, or any other kind of instrument, or a
contract, agreement or other document, will have effect as if it were a
reference to the Minister for Industry and Trade.
