Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister for Industry and Skills) Proclamation 2019
under section 8 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister for Industry and Skills) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on 1 April 2019.
3—Interpretative provision
A reference to the Minister for Industry and Skills in an Act, a statutory instrument under an Act or any other kind of instrument, or a contract, agreement or other document will have effect as if it were a reference to the Minister for Innovation and Skills.
