Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister for Workers Rehabilitation) Proclamation 2013
under section 8 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister for Workers Rehabilitation) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Interpretative provision
A reference to the Minister for Workers Rehabilitation—
(a) in a statutory instrument under the WorkCover Corporation Act 1994 or the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986; or
(b) in a contract, agreement or other document made or entered into under or in connection with either of those Acts before the date on which this proclamation is made,
will have effect as if it were a reference to the Minister for Industrial Relations.
