Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister of Works) Proclamation 2013
under section 8 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister of Works) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Interpretative provision
A reference to the Minister of Works—
(a) in the Whyalla Steel Works Act 1958; or
(b) in the Indenture under that Act,
will have effect as if it were a reference to the Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy.
