Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister) Proclamation 2017
under section 8 of the Administrative Arrangements Act 1994
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Administrative Arrangements (References to Minister) Proclamation 2017.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Interpretative provision
A reference to the Minister in section 79D of the Road Traffic Act 1961
(other than the first reference to the Minister in subsection (1) of that section) will have effect as if it were a reference to the Minister for Road Safety.
