Aboriginal Lands Trust (Transfer of Lands to Trust)
Proclamation 2004
under section 16 of the Aboriginal Lands Trust Act 1966
This proclamation may be cited as the Aboriginal Lands Trust (Transfer
of Lands to Trust) Proclamation 2004.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
The Crown land described in Schedule 1 is transferred to the Aboriginal
Lands Trust for an estate in fee simple.
Allotment 21 in the plan deposited in the Lands Titles Registration Office
No DP 58704 (being a portion of the land comprised in Crown Record Volume 5407
Folio 615) subject to:
(a) an easement to the South Australian Water Corporation (marked A in the
deposited plan); and
(b) an easement to ETSA Transmission Corporation (marked B in the
deposited plan).

on the recommendation of both Houses of Parliament and the Minister for
Environment and Heritage and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council
