1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the ASER (Restructure) (Facilitation of Riverbank Development) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of Act
The ASER (Restructure) (Facilitation of Riverbank Development) Amendment Act 2016
(No 40 of 2016) will come into operation on 6 October 2016.
