1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration (Gender Identity) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2017.
2—Commencement of Act
The Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration (Gender Identity) Amendment Act 2016
(No 65 of 2016) will come into operation on 23 May 2017.
