Criminal Assets Confiscation Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2006
This proclamation may be cited as the Criminal Assets Confiscation Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2006.
The Criminal Assets Confiscation Act 2005 (No 19 of 2005) will come
into operation on 2 April 2006.
