Children and Young People (Oversight and Advocacy Bodies) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Children and Young People (Oversight and Advocacy Bodies) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of Act
(1) Subject to subsection (2)
, the Children and Young People (Oversight and Advocacy Bodies) Act 2016
(No 48 of 2016) will come into operation on 10 November 2016.
(2) The operation of the following provisions of the Children and Young People (Oversight and Advocacy Bodies) Act 2016
is suspended until a day or days to be fixed by proclamation:
(a) sections 4 and 5;
(b) Part 2 Divisions 2 and 3;
(c) Parts 3 to 7 (inclusive);
(d) sections 64, 65, 67, 69, 70;
(e) Schedule 1.
