Climate Change and Greenhouse Emissions Reduction Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2007

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Climate Change and Greenhouse Emissions Reduction Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2007.

2—Commencement of Act

The Climate Change and Greenhouse Emissions Reduction Act 2007 (No 22 of 2007) will come into operation on 3 July 2007.
