Commissioner for Kangaroo Island Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2015
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Commissioner for Kangaroo Island Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2015.
2—Commencement of Act and suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Commissioner for Kangaroo Island Act 2014 (No 15 of 2014) will come into operation on 15 January 2015.
(2) The operation of—
(a) sections 8 to 10 (inclusive); and
(b) sections 15 to 19 (inclusive),
of the Act is suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations.
