Cross-border Justice Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Cross-border Justice Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2009.
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Cross-border Justice
Act 2009 (No 18 of 2009) will come into operation on 1 November
2009.
(2) The following provisions of the Act will come into operation on 1
December 2009:
(a) section 67(b);
(b) section 68(2)(b) and (e);
(c) section 108;
(d) section 110;
(e) section 117;
(f) section 119;
(g) section 137;
(h) Schedule 1 Part 4.
