Crown Land Management (Revocation of Dedication) Proclamation 2014
under section 19(2) of the Crown Land Management Act 2009
1 The following land is dedicated as a reserve for school purposes, not intended for ecclesiastical or denominational purposes (see Gazette 19.7.1934 p73) and has been granted in fee simple:
Section 174, Hundred of Paringa, Town of Lyrup, being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 5513 Folio 93.
2 It is now intended that the dedication of the land be revoked.
3 On revocation of the dedication the land reverts to the status of unalienated Crown land (see section 19(4) of the Crown Land Management Act 2009).
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Crown Land Management (Revocation of Dedication) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Revocation of dedication of land
The dedication of the land defined in clause 1 of the preamble to this proclamation is revoked.
