Crown Lands (Resumption of Dedicated Land)
Proclamation 2008
under section 5AA(1)(c) of the Crown Lands Act 1929
1 The following land is dedicated as a reserve for school purposes, not
intended for ecclesiastical or denominational purposes (Gazette 14.12.1919
p1411):
Section 616, Hundred of Melville, being the whole of the land comprised in
Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 5836 Folio 423.
2 The registered proprietor of the land has consented to the resumption of
the land.
This proclamation may be cited as the Crown Lands (Resumption of
Dedicated Land) Proclamation 2008.
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is
made.
3—Resumption of dedicated
land
The land defined in clause 1 of the preamble is resumed.
