1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) (Blood Testing for Diseases) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of Act
The Criminal Law (Forensic Procedures) (Blood Testing for Diseases) Amendment Act 2015
(No 11 of 2015) will come into operation on 12 December 2016.
