This proclamation may be cited as the Commission of Inquiry (Children in
State Care) (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2004.
The Commission of Inquiry (Children in State Care) (Miscellaneous)
Amendment Act 2004 (No 43 of 2004) will come into operation immediately
after the Commission of Inquiry (Children in State Care) Act 2004 comes
into operation.
