This proclamation may be cited as the Children's Protection
(Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2006.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions of the Children's Protection (Miscellaneous)
Amendment Act 2005 (No 76 of 2005) will come into operation on 31 December
2006.
