Correctional Services (Parole) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2006

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Correctional Services (Parole) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2006.

2—Commencement of Act

The Correctional Services (Parole) Amendment Act 2005 (No 46 of 2005) will come into operation on 16 February 2006.
