Controlled Substances (Cannabis) Amendment (Commencement) Proclamation 2003

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Controlled Substances (Cannabis) Amendment (Commencement) Proclamation 2003.

2—Commencement of Act

The Controlled Substances (Cannabis) Amendment Act 2002 (No 47 of 2002) will come into operation on 1 February 2003.
