Controlled Substances Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2011
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Controlled Substances Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2011.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
The remaining provisions of the Controlled Substances Act 1984 (Act No 52 of 1984) will come into operation on 1 July 2011.
