This proclamation may be cited as the Controlled Substances (Serious
Drug Offences) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2007.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions of the Controlled Substances (Serious Drug
Offences) Amendment Act 2005 (No 80 of 2005) will come into operation
on 3 December 2007.
