This proclamation may be cited as the Controlled Substances (Possession
of Prescribed Equipment) Amendment Act (Commencement )
Proclamation 2008.
2—Commencement of suspended
provision
Section 4 of the Controlled Substances (Possession of Prescribed
Equipment) Amendment Act 2007 (No 50 of 2007) will come into operation
on 19 October 2008.
