Child Sex Offenders Registration (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Child Sex Offenders Registration (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
The remaining provisions of the Child Sex Offenders Registration (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2013 (No 41 of 2013) will come into operation as follows:
(a) the remaining provisions of section 36 will come into operation on 14 February 2014;
(b) the remaining provisions of section 37 will come into operation on 29 June 2014.
