Controlled Substances (Simple Possession Offences) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Controlled Substances (Simple Possession Offences) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of Act
The Controlled Substances (Simple Possession Offences) Amendment Act 2015
(No 38 of 2015) will come into operation on 29 February 2016.
