Proclamation 2006
This proclamation may be cited as the Development (Miscellaneous)
Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2006.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The following provisions of the Development (Miscellaneous) Amendment
Act 2005 (No 79 of 2005) will come into operation on 20 April
2006:
(a) section 4(2) and (3);
(b) section 11;
(c) section 21.
