Development (Designated Authority)
Notice 2007
under section 57A of the Development Act 1993
This notice may be cited as the Development (Designated Authority)
Notice 2007.
This notice comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
(1) The [insert Minister] is designated as a designated authority
for the purposes of section 57A of the Development
Act 1993.
(2) The designation under subclause (1) is limited in its operation
to an agreement or agreements that relate to the whole or any part of the land
comprised in Certificate of Title Register Book Volume 5295
