Development (Assessment Procedures) Amendment Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2007
This proclamation may be cited as the Development (Assessment
Procedures) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2007.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Development (Assessment Procedures) Amendment Act 2007
(No 17 of 2007) will come into operation on
26 April 2007.
(2) The operation of—
(a) sections 9, 10(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (7) and (8), 22(2), 23(1) and
29 of the Act; and
(b) clauses 2 and 3 of Schedule 1 of the Act,
is suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent
proclamation or proclamations.
