Development (Assessment Procedures) Amendment Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Development (Assessment
Procedures) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
Sections 10(1) to (5) (inclusive), (7) and (8), 22(2) and 23(1) of the
Development (Assessment Procedures) Amendment Act 2007 (No 17 of 2007)
will come into operation on 1 March 2009.
