This proclamation may be cited as the Development (Assessment
Procedures) Amendment (Commencement of Suspended Section)

2—Commencement of section 9
of Act
Section 9 of the Development (Assessment Procedures) Amendment Act
2007 (No 17 of 2007) will come into operation on
29 November 2007.
