Evidence (Discreditable Conduct) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Evidence (Discreditable Conduct) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement of Act
The Evidence (Discreditable Conduct) Amendment Act 2011 (No 34 of 2011) will come into operation on 1 June 2012.
