Electricity (Standing Contracts) (Revocation) Proclamation 2013

under section 36AA of the Electricity Act 1996

Preamble

1 On 12 September 2002 section 36AA of the Electricity Act 1996 was declared by proclamation to apply to AGL South Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 091 105 092) (see Gazette 12.09.2002 p3384).

2 It is now intended that the declaration be revoked.

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Electricity (Standing Contracts) (Revocation) Proclamation 2013.

2—Commencement

This proclamation will come into operation on 1 February 2013.

3—Revocation of declaration

The declaration referred to in clause 1 of the preamble to this proclamation is revoked.
