Emergency Management Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2004
under the Emergency Management Act 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Emergency Management Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2004.
The Emergency Management Act 2004 (No 30 of 2004) comes into
operation on 25 November 2004.
