Evidence (Reporting on Sexual Offences) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Evidence (Reporting on Sexual Offences) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of Act
The Evidence (Reporting on Sexual Offences) Amendment Act 2012 (No 44 of 2012) will come into operation on 11 February 2013.
