Environment Protection (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Environment Protection
(Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2005.
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Environment Protection
(Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2005 (No 21 of 2005) will come into operation
on 1 July 2005.
(2) Sections 5(9), 9, 18, 27, 30, 39, 56, 58, 62(4), 70, 72, 73, 74 and 76
of the Act will come into operation on 1 July 2006.
