Environment Protection (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2008

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Environment Protection (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2008.

2—Commencement of Act

The Environment Protection (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2008 (No 35 of 2008) will come into operation on 1 September 2008.
