Proclamation 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Environment Protection (Site
Contamination) Amendment Act (Commencement of Suspended Provisions)
Proclamation 2009.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions of the Environment Protection (Site
Contamination) Amendment Act 2007 (No 44 of 2007) will come into operation
on 1 July 2009.
